Our goal is to provide our services in a stress free environment so that your stay can be as comfortable and relaxing as possible, in an atmosphere that's both tranquil and serene. We welcome any questions you might have. At ALLIANCE COSTA RICA we are determined to offer the best rates possible.
Our clients/owners understand that it is better to have their property rented than vacant, so if you get a better quote for a property with equal amenities and accommodations, let us know.
Terms and conditions:
Payment of Reservation deposit:
In order to reserve an accommodation, we need a reservation deposit. The amount will depend of the length of your stay and may vary depending on the property you reserve.
Please be sure to have the necessary funds in cash with you before your arrival at the property. Under no circumstances will the keys be turned over to you until the total amount outstanding has been paid in full (the rental charges plus the security deposit).
Payments for accommodation are non-refundable. If you decide to shorten the length of your stay, previously made payments will not be refunded.
Payment of Rental Charges on a long term rental:
Upon your arrival, we will meet you and drive you to the vacation rental property where we will sign the rental agreement. This agreement will be signed by you as the guest and by Alliance Costa Rica or its designee on behalf of the apartment's owner/s. At that time, you must pay the full amount outstanding for rental charges plus the security deposit.
Payment of Security Deposit on long term rental:
Together with the rental agreement, you will also provide us with a security deposit that will be kept on file until our satisfactory checkout. At the end of your stay, we will coordinate a time to meet with you for check-out. At that time, if the apartment is in the same condition as upon your arrival, and there are no damages to the apartment or its belongings, your security deposit will be returned to you. We also need to make sure, if applicable, that all utilities bills are paid in full.
The amount required for the security deposit varies according to the length of the stay and the property rental.
The security deposit:
The security deposit must be paid in CASH in US Dollars.
Downpayment (how to secure accomodation)
The downpayment required to secure the vacation rental can be paid through wire bank transfer. An amount of 20% to 50% will be requested depending on the accomodation. Any Holiday rental (Christmas-New Year's-Easter-Thanksgiving) will be due in full prior to arrival.
Minimum Stay Requirements
HIGH season (December-April):3 nights
During off-season (May- November): 3 nights
Holiday: weekly rentals only

ALLIANCE COSTA RICA will always try our best to accommodate you at whatever time you may be arriving.
All rental properties are non-smoking.
- There is a $25 fee for each lost key.
- There is a $75 fee for lost (or physically damaged) AC,T.V. and garage door remote.
- There is a $150 fee for lost key or physical damaged safe boxes.
- Only one set of keys will be provided with your stay.
- A fee of $40 will be charged for late arrival after 5h00pm.
-Cleaning fee might apply.
A lease will be provided via email for your full review. This lease will also be proof of your receipt and confirmation form.
