The location is only 500 meters away walking distance from the beach and 800 meters from all amenities Tamarindo has to offer. You may walk everywhere or rent a golf cart thru us(highly recommended).
Casa Crucero is fully equipped and fully furnished, with dishwasher, laundry room, A/C units, ceiling fans, hot water, BBQ grill, Fiber optic for high speed internet, three large sofas in living room that sleeps 2 extra guests, up to 10, the 4 bedrooms IN SUITE all have its own private terrace and outdoor bathtub/shower. There is a pool table for guests to enjoy, large covered terrace, infinity pool, garden chairs, lounge chairs, large roof terrace on the 4th floor that guests access by stairs with outside living room to view amazing sunsets.
Main ground floor has kitchen, living room with 3 sofas that can sleep 2 guests extra and 1 bedroom with queen beds.
Lower floor accessible by stairs has one bedroom with queen bed and outside bathroom with bathtub.
Second floor has 2 bedroom with each one outside bathroom and stair to access the roof top large terrace.
The pool is 8mx4m and 1.60m deep progressively.
Shower and bathroom are open aired. No TV. No curtains in open spaces like living room.

Cancellation Policy
Down payment and processing fee are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% minus a 5% cancellation fee. There are NO refunds for holiday weeks and early departures, date changes, late arrivals or no-shows. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.
