Beautiful villa with this option for up to 9 guests in 4 bedroom en suite settle in Playa Langosta Beach, right in the middle of both beautiful sandy beach of Tamarindo and Langosta. All bedroom suites have a private bathroom with shower, ceiling fan and AC. The chef kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances such as dishwasher, convection oven, microwave and small appliances. The dining room is set with a rare Guanacaste table for up to 9 guests. The living room has two large sofas, chairs and a flat screen TV. You may be watching TV or be in the kitchen and safely watch the kids play in the swimming pool. The laundry room is in the hallway next to the large staircase and high ceiling that leads to the second floor and two other bedroom suites. The master bedroom is located downstairs, with a king size bed, flat screen TV and a very spacious bathroom and its with its own private patio that give direct access to the pool. On the second floor you will find another large bedroom with a king size bed, bathroom, closet, flat screen TV and two large patio doors facing the backyard and the other large terrace. And the third bedroom with bunk beds, a twin and a queen. The forth bedroom is an en suite located in a separate guesthouse with a flat screen TV and office space. Langosta Del Mar is close to the ocean; the path is located right next to the villa and will lead you to the ocean to Playa Langosta 2 blocks away. Walk 300 meters towards Tamarindo and you are on Tamarindo beach. Tamarindo center is just down the road about a mile away. You may rent a golf cart, a car, bicycles or walk safely even at night. You are just a few minutes’ walk to the beach (300 m) and within walking distance to a small grocery store. Langosta Del Mar can accommodate 6 to 9 guests.

Cancellation Policy
Down payment and processing fee are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% minus a 5% cancellation fee. There are NO refunds for holiday weeks and early departures, date changes, late arrivals or no-shows. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.
